Is the intended meaning of the second quote better expressed as "Every die tested showed a bias toward a specific number"?

"We are simply saying that it is not correct to claim that an electronic dice generator is less likely to produce random rolls than the dice we're using when in fact, our contention is that is it more likely to produce random rolls."

My guess is this is likely true. Are the developers willing to say what algorithm for pseudo-random values or what method for true random values is being used?
