I think I saw a unicorn..mythical triple bye at NY Metro

As rare as it may seem.. a triple bye appeared Open last chance at the NY/NJ Metro. This was a complete redraw with 43 people. 21 people had a first round bye. Three people did not show up.. It just so happens that all three had the initial bye. Two of them played were supposed to play each other AND the third was in the adjacent bracket.

A lot easier to explain if I knew how to upload and link to a picture. But basically when the final was played against Gary Bauer and Carter Mattig.. Gary was 5-0 while Carter was 2-0. Carter won and proved that unicorns do exist.
