Many directors do not pay Calcutta money for fresh draw last chance events for just this reason - withdrawals.

A few years ago, Linda polled her players to see whether they favored progressive or a fresh draw. I think Neil requested this. Championship favored progressive and Advanced favored a fresh draw. Neither vote was close. So, this is how she runs it.
