Video recording

I think a video recordings should be treated just as any other spectator.
If a player has a (reasonable) objection to a match being recorded, he may ask the TD to intervene. The TD will assess the player's concerns. If TD finds the objection reasonable, he will ask the player doing the recording to either make the necessary fix or remove his equipment.
A reasonable objection would be things such as equipment being in the way or too distracting. I don't think recording per se is reason enough to object.
