A question for recorders

This seems okay on the surface but if they just send you a video file then you have to manage that with some sort of equipment just to get to the point where you have to open your computer and transcribe it into XG.
That's not what I do, and because someone wants to record his match with me should not give me a job to do later.
I have been very extremely cooperative down through the years in regards to recording my matches for other people to study. I mean, that is why they ask me to record them sometimes. However, a faction of recorders has emerged that seem to think entering is either too labor intensive or much lower priority...
Like they have kids and had to walk the dog and such, before getting around to it. When they fail, they say their computer broke, even though other people recorded after my match received files from the same tournament!
I work hard to be ready for a big tournament, and let it fly while I am there.
I would like to gage my effectiveness afterwards if there is a match file available and a suitably respectful opponent should gladly oblige.
Otherwise he can leave his blanking camera in his back pack, tyvm.
AND, if you have failed to provide me a match file, (or three), in the past. Then don't even bother asking.
Gary Bauer is going to want to record his match with you in the future, and he does not feel any need to compensate you. In fact he thinks you ought to PAY him for his time. He will promise to send you the match when pressed, but has no intention of honoring his word. You let him record your match, if you like, his camera will be at rest during mine from now on.
