I don't think I am owed anything by someone recording a match. But I do think it should be at least common courtesy to send your opponents whatever you have transcribed. If you never get around to transcribing it because you have too many matches or whatever, fine. But if you transcribe it and refuse to send it to your opponents, or demand compensation for releasing it, that is pretty rude IMO.

Also video files should be easily available.
