Bill, the USBGF database doesn't give average points per event. It gives total points and total events, but the total events includes Master side events ... which don't award points. That's the "Apples and Oranges" problem I speak on the web page for my proposal.

The USBGF database also doesn't add any decay factor for the age of the data or a paucity of data. My rating system addresses both of those issues. The formulas behind the Global Poker Index and the World Golf Rating also address age and the amount of data.

Lastly, I reviewed the draw sheets for 2009-2011 and found that you entered two main events and scored no points. Based on your 2009-2013 ABT main event performance your rating is 0.841. I updated my web page with that info.
