Would not the increasing severity and complexity of punishments being proposed for 'legal move' scenarios frighten the tender newcomers whom legal moves were meant to coddle and protect from enduring the shock of suffering the consequences of their misplays under the rule set that prevailed for decades prior to the legal moves movement?
