In theory I believe it is possible using a "MWC PR", i.e. MWC lost per decision/roll. Since PR typically relies on EMG it has some oddities. As a practical matter it is both outside of my expertise and probably predictively inferior to backing out the data from a large population of players and cross-section of matches.
