OMG..you have to be kidding me? This is so clearly a fast rolled 66. LOL at any other ruling. Her clock wasn't even ticking so clearly the boxes were rolled way early.

I am most definately not a stickler for procedural rules like this and don't care if my opp plays with two hands etc, (as long as one of them isn't hovering over the clock, and I don't think he's trying to make or is making illegal moves). I don't care if someone fast rolls me a little bit in a simple race etc.

But here, this is a 100% fast roll. This woman seems to have been taking a shot or simply was so hyped up full of nervous energy that she couldn't relax two seconds and make sure that he opp actually had taken the cube and hit his clock.

Not to beat a dieing horse, but while it wouldn't be my ruling, I could fathom a ruling that he has accepted the cube (Dinosaur sized Dufus to say "take it" or to ever use the word "take" when intending to pass or drop) but this is one of the most obvious fast roll rulings ever.
