I don't think you can pull apart the facts that easily. Everything needs to be considered.

White doubles. Black makes what White thought was a clear take, but turns Black actually intended to drop. Now White is insisting that Black is trying to change his "take" to a "drop" after seeing the 6-6 roll. The problem with White's argument is (1) the cube is still in the center and (2) Black's clock is still running.

All physical evidence supports Black. Or, I should say, it would have supported Black if White hadn't fast-rolled. It is an excellent example why fast rolling should not be tollerated.

What is White's rush? How hard is it to wait until the cube has been physically taken and placed with the proper value face up? How hard is it to wait until the clock has been pressed?

Flirt with trouble if you want, but don't complain when you're caught and have to pay the price.
