I agree that performance is a key factor, and, not just Pr, etc. You have obviously performed very well in ABT matches, and, are, therefore, highly ranked. Well,in our meetups, I feel that I performed rather well( highest elo rating for several years running). I beat Rich, and, you, at times. I wanted to start a discussion here re rankings. As I'm typing this message, I also have to add that I felt slighted that I never received anything in our Meetup for highest rating.
