ruling in the Nordic Open SJ

Funny story about player B. Played him at NYC open this year. He asked for us to roll for board, then attempted three rulings against me (lost all three). One was to play the next day (I would have to come super early, fuck that) and two were on clocks. First was where clocks forced? No they were preferred. So he came at me with " I PREFER not use a clock." Guess how ruling three went? And after all this...he asked for a hedge (money round of main). I told him he probably should have lead off with that. I have now put my headphones on and am listening to the dulcet tones of Metallica while he starts to curse and swear at me. Rick Barabino comes up and jokes " that Carter can be an asshole sometimes". Player B then unleashes such vitriol that even Rick was taken aback...perhaps because I wasn't responding, just smiling as James Hetfield was singing the lyrics "frayed ends of sanity..hear them calling meee" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nNk7OM5OypE . And as Bill Calton would put it...I proceeded to tap that ass. Ironically, player B then had to play player A in the superjackpot. I had beaten player A a few minutes earlier in the main (man, I hope I'm not giving this away...) and he didn't want to hedge. So, of course round before money and B. is asking A. for a hedge. Player A. politely explains that he doesn't hedge as I am walking by, and says "Carter, please tell B. about my hedging policy." I told him A doesn't hedge since he only hedged a thousand with me just a game ago with an utterly straight face. And walked away.
