There are a few 2nd roll responses where the selection of the best play is TCTC and primarily based on whether the opponent is the stronger or weaker. This is based on increasing the opponents opportunity to err where one choice has a clear answer while the other has several answers. The reason that there will be multiple close answers is often because there are multiple potential strategies / tactics to choose from. The opportunity to make a mistake in these pivotal decisions is significantly higher for a human than a bot who simply picks the appropriate strategy to go with the move.
