I don't think creating subgroups inside championship division is helpful in any way. That's why we have beginners and intermediate divisions already. And criteria of 32 players on current Giants list to get into the upper group is a joke. Giants list has at least two objective issues: it's updated only once in two years and there are several of non 32 Giants that most of first 32 would never seat across the table for a serious stake betting on result or PR.
