So, there is disagreement here. And that isn't likely to be resolved at this time. I would like to propose one thing. Elite players (top 20 or 30 or wherever you want to draw the line) don't want to be excluded from things or otherwise placed at a disadvantage. Everyone else should stop telling the elite players that they know what is best for them and are only trying to help. (We'll cut you out of this, but some day you will have more fish.) Doing something over their objection is not helping them.
