Improved Cube Handling in Races

Hi Grant,
regarding Michelin Chabot's decision criterion, please review table 9 in my article. Tom Keith's method has already a total error which is almost 10 percent smaller. The error for my method is about 25 percent smaller.
My EPC approximation is more accurate than Joachim Matussek's when used for the database of 50000 positions, see table 6 in the article. Of course this represents an abuse of Matussek's method (thanks to Igor for insisting on this), since it was explicitly meant for at most 8 checkers.
I did not compare the accuracy of the two EPC approximation for such a limited subset of the database. Of course I believe the data that Joachim reports, but I wanted a method that can be used for almost all position, a real general purpose formula.
Best regards
Axel
