Hi Axel,

Firstly, I really appreciate the effort that you put into this.

If I was doubled in a money game with the doubler winning 77% of the time according to your criteria, I should be passing. I still have 23% winning chances which is more than the Live cube take point of 21.5% So why am I passing?
