Example?

Is this an example of what you mean?

64 bracket with 51 entrants. You are going to seed 8 players:

51/8 = 6R3. So there will be five sub-brackets of 6 players and three with 7 players. Now randomly distribute the 8 seeded players, one to each sub-bracket. Do similarly with the 43 non-seeded players.
