I wish you'd have consulted me prior. You had 72 players. It took me 5 minutes to work out the flow for 72 and it is cleaner than for 80! Yes you play down to 9 players after 3 rds of main and two poor unlucky sods get an extra match, the loser of which gets bumped a rd ahead into the conso.

If I have time I'll post it here soon, but want to double check.

Some of the bitching about wait times I think was due to the inevitable byes when using a bracket of 80 for 72 players and some of these byes may have carried over to conso?

For those wondering what this is all about and why just not use a 128 bracket, the goal is to reduce byes as much as possible and have as few players as possible getting a bye or playing an extra round.
