Maybe the reason there is not much change is the status quo is actually really, really good.

Might just need tweaking and there is no consensus yet on how/when to tweak.

So maybe the time is now to have a 2-3 year moratorium on all the whining on this site... 1) ABT and ABT events 2) USBGF 3) Rules variants (legal vs illegal, clocks vs no clocks,...) 4) World Championships 5) WBF and WBF events and all the other tours..... 6) Long time personality conflicts between individuals and/or small groups of individuals. etc., etc., etc.

Recognize that most of these events are done on a volunteer or essentially not for profit basis. All the whiners should just be grateful for all the great work that all the organizers are doing for us!!!
