If I identified exactly what I thought was whining it would just start an infinite loop of additional whining by the guilty parties.

Kind of like the old definition of porno.... You know when you see it.

The discussion of rules that happen often and effect every match is not whining.... The discussion of very unique situations and rulings quite often deteriorates into whining. The attacking of TDs and personal vendetta discussions are whining.

My objective is to make everyone think of the old guy/gal rule..... If you would not hand write it up, have your secretary type it and put it on your organizations letterhead. Do not hit the post message button!!!
