why should we try to re-invent the wheel when you have already done this

In everything I do I love reinventing the wheel. (for once I'm not joking) Thanks for the offer to help Kenny, I'm sure you'll be taken up on it. While the US is not like other countries you have referenced, 'european countries' more or less, we can certainly learn a lot from what you already have in place. It'd be a lot easier to have a 'US Federation' if the US was the size of Ohio...
