In Response To: USBGF Rules - permitting dice to land on checkers is a bad rule (Bill Riles)

Instead of asking to wait to comment was there thought to having a public discussion period prior to having the new rules published?

If a TD will not use the rules does it mean the tourney is not a USBGF tourney?

I thought an overal goal was making rules consisitent worldwide and changing what constitutes a legal roll is a big sudden change from other federations. Am I mistaken about that?
