In Response To: Commenting on the rules (Bob Koca)

I can see both sides of prior discussion. On the one hand, that's inherently good. On the other hand, that stretches the time line to possibly infinity.

But with or without general prior discussion, I think the tournament ruleset should be put to an up-or-down referendum of USBGF members. Voting is good, whichever way the result goes.

This suggestion is neither praise nor criticism of these rules. If most members like them, then it makes them even more credible. If most members don't, then that can be dealt with.
