In Response To: USBGF Rules - Valid roll issue (Art Grater)

There are pluses and minuses to your idea, Art, and it was considered by the Board. The idea was unanimously rejected, for many of the same reasons that I imagine you don't find Congress submitting the entire United States Code and Code of Federal Regulations to the popular electorate for an up or down vote.
