USBGF Rules-End of turn

In Response To: USBGF Rules-End of turn (Dorn Bishop)

Just this week I had a match where my opponent was dragging his dice back towards him and then noticed a better play and appealed to me to allow him to readjust his move because he "hadn't picked up his dice yet."

I look forward to the clarity this will bring as a player, but also as a fledgling tournament director as it will help reduce calls for ruling and make those rulings clearer.
