In this sort of prop, I tend to discount the fact that the cube starts on 2. That's because I will halve my wager before beginning. On that basis, and assuming your numbers are otherwise correct, I would cut the advantage you calculated in half.

In other words, I want to compare a center cube wager of $2 with a $1 bet when the cube starts at 2. Another way to accomplish the same thing is to let one player own the cube, toss out the Jacoby rule, and start the cube at 1. In this latter scenario, you don't need to cut the wager in half. In this manner, the equity difference that results is purely due to cube position.
