In Response To: Not reminding your opponent to press the clock (Timothy Chow)

I have won on time twice in my life. In one instance, it was very clear to me that my opponent (a slow player who averages under 4.0 PR) had no idea he was short on time. He spent well over a minute on a play that looked trivial to me and his clock ran out.

Should I have mentioned to him that he was running very low on time?
