What is the best (fairest and most efficient) way to tie-break 4 player round robins?

My local league currently runs ‘seasons’ that have multiple divisions with 4 player round robins. Each player has 6 x 11 point matches to complete within this timeframe.

We use the following points system.. 3 Win - 1 Loss - 0 Draw (a draw = an unplayed fixture)

If required at season end, what is the best (fairest and most efficient) way to tie-break these 4 player round robins?

Please note: Unfortunately, the website options are simple and rigid so preference must be strictly from the list below

Caveat: We currently use Option 7 and would be reluctant to change from this criterion unless there is a significant reason / recurring scenario that would compel us to switch.

Rank table/standings on..

=================

1. Points - Head to Head result

2. Points - Score difference - Score for

3. Points - Won - Score for - Score difference

4. Points - Won - Score difference - Score for

5. Points - Score for - Won - Score difference

6. Points - Won - Drawn / Tied - Lost

7. Points - Score for - Score difference

=================

For context, links to previous season’s final standings are here.. http://sussexbackgammon.leaguerepublic.com/l/links.html

Please can you let us know your opinion via this link? Should only take a hot minute.. https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/KHSGT8F

Thanks for your advice!
