I am not sure if you have watched the video but just in case you haven't its here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ozAiX8l0Yec#t=4h25m35s

In this Video Ed does both things in one roll:

1) Plays an illegal move. In fact after playing an 1 he is thinking the 6 for quite some time and he plays the illegal one. Note that it was not the first time that Ed made an illegal move.

2) He does so using both hands. Note that he had been playing for the whole match using very often both hands even after he received a formal comment by a committee member (or TD I don't remember for sure) and after also Mitrelis made another comment in another point of the match!

What Mitrelis did, which of course was a mistake, is that he instantly corrected the position of the checker and starting doing so excactly at the point of time that Ed hit the clock. Any comments about Ed not looking are well off...

I personally believe though that Ed did not have any intention to cheat not here and not even to all the previous rolls that he played with both hands or made illegal moves. Having watched most of this match and especially this specific exchange of rolls makes me believe that anybody commenting Mitrelis instant "correction" (and "without his opponent looking") as a cheat without commenting Ed's (unintentional to my opinion) illegal play and repetitive illegal use of both hand is way too much! An excuse is the less that I would expect if I was Mitrelis!
