When I say that somebody is cheating, I am not necessarily implying malice.

Cheating, murdering, stealing, lying . . . these are words that imply firm intention to do wrong.

It's really inflammatory to say someone is cheating without intending that they meant to do something 'malicious.' If the action wasn't intended to benefit himself at the expense of his opponent, it wasn't cheating.

Not saying he shouldn't be held accountable -- just because a person didn't intend to do wrong doesn't mean they can't be punished for it.
