We have one player here who makes a large number of illegal moves. It forces you to watch that player like a hawk. I and others are sick of doing this. We are considering changes the rules so that after two warnings we will apply the penalty Danny Klienmann suggested in one of his books for any penalty from then on:-

If your opponent makes an illegal, they have to correct it then for my next move I do not roll my dice, I choose the numbers I want on the dice!

Harsh yes, but it means that the offender has to constantly be vigilant rather than the offended. And it only starts the third time they do it per match. WE are considering it.
