In Response To: Good Question! (Igor)

I'm sorry to have confused you. If the vast majority of tournament players want a rule change, my belief is that the vast majority of tournament directors will go along with it. Ultimately, no one has the power to physically force an event organizer to adopt a certain ruleset, although they can vote with their feet by not showing up.
