Suggested Idea for Performance Grading

I have no idea about how good a chess master is, but if it's well defined what needs to be accomplished in order to reach a given backgammon title, the name of the title matters less. I mean, you know you play below a 4, the number of players better than you is the same, whether someone chose to call that an IM or GM.
By the way, even though XG says a 4.9 player is "world class" (same grading as a 2.55 player...), I disagree that playing a 4.9 average is being a world class player. To me, being world class would mean that you are at least remotely close to the best players in the world. But again, that's just wording, it's a nice thing having these "clubs" to strive for :)
