Suggested Idea for Performance Grading

My own tentative suggestion would be:

0.00 to 3.50 SGM

3.50 to 4.00 GM

4.00 to 4.50 IM

4.50 to 5.00 M

5.00 to (5.50 or 6.00) CM

All based on minimum 10 matches, with possible extensions to more matches (max 20) as yet I'm undecided about. (One can quibble about whether 4.00 dead is GM or IM (it can be calculated more accurately than the XG single-match output), but I'm talking ballparks figures here for the moment).
