Check the position during the break

In Response To: USBGF Rules Reboot - proposal - public comment welcome (Rich Munitz)

Hi all, is it legal to check the position which is happened in on going game by bot during the break? (ex. cube action in the last game) How about discussing with friends? is it legal to check the take point in the next game (i.e. look up in a website or a book) during the break?

Does USBGF rule have specific mention regarding this issue?
