"I do think it can be distracting to take pictures during your opponent's turn"

Can you take a look at the shadow across the entire width of the board at this broadcast https://www.twitch.tv/videos/163694566 and then comment about the relative distraction of a video camera during literally the entire game being nothing to worry about compared to taking a picture?
