It's deplorable that an opponent would argue otherwise and benefit. That's shabby.

Sorry, Ken, but you are 100% wrong here. I agree with you that the rule sucks, but it IS the rule. It's fine to say what you, personally, would have done. It's fine to say it's a bad rule and should be changed. It is unfair to call the action shabby when Herb acted completely within the rules.
