Bad rule

Rod, I think you may have missunderstood what I said about this.

It is utter stupidity to force someone playing with a clock to pass their turn without rolling.

The rules should be changed (and changed TODAY) to state that you cannot pass your turn without rolling. They also should spell out this specific situation and state that you cannot be forced to pass your turn without rolling bcuz you hit the clock prior to rolling.
