Impossible Move in Connecticut

In my opinion since it was optional, I would have ruled as TD that the play stands. For me the nature of a forced move where intent is not in dispute makes the actual RKB/Herb situation different.

Had Herb rolled before attention was drawn to where the piece should be I'd have to rule in favour of Herb. I didn't get the impression that was actually the case here.

And yes I am aware that RKB had hit his clock.
