Rod, Good points. If someone makes such a procedural gaff once, that's one thing, but they're habitual, that's another.

Net:

1. Adopt Legal Rules.

2. Players should take more time and ensure that they comply with the correct procedure. This is where local clubs can play a role ... ensure that their members get acclimated to the correct rules and procedures.

3. Players should be more tolerant of isolated gaffs like this incident and take the high road and play Legal Moves whether they're official or not. Philadelphia Lawyers can drive people away.
